Wife and husband chef duo Duc Minh Nguyen (ma/mẹ) and Duc Minh Thanh (pa/cha) graciously prepare their family recipes for Banh Mi Station patrons.
Duc Minh Nguyen got her culinary degree in Hanoi and owned restaurants in Saigon and Orange County, California before relocating to Atlanta.
Our chefs are passionate about preparing and sharing homestyle traditional Vietnamese food made with the freshest and highest quality ingredients.
