Pho (pronounced “fuh”)Vietnamese noodle soup that’s made with broth, rice noodles, meat, and fresh garnishes. It’s basically Vietnamese street food that’s found it’s way into American food culture and won over our hearts (and stomachs). It’s deliciously simple, so flavorful.
